You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at returns@sinera.co. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
